Mullumbimby



Mullumbimby is an online store selling ethical products for children, carefully selected for their quality and sustainability. The purpose of this project was to develop the brand identity from scratch. A detailed questionnaire was defined to capture brand communication objectives. 
Based on the analysis of this survey, the brand identity was built around the name of this small Australian town known for its hippie lifestyle in the heart of Byron Bay’s Hinterland.  The colours that have been chosen recall the spirit of the city, the Aboriginal culture and   the Australian outback. 
The first objective was to structure the social media Instagram account to increase the brand’s visibility. Then a website was developed as an e-shop platform to ease user’s experience and provide more information on selected products. Finally, packaging and merchandising products (Bags, labels..) were designed to support the brand’s identity.
